BASE-X® acts to make all iron, magnesium, and calcium incapable of dissolving and also controls hardness. BASE-X also functions to revitalize the BIG-FOOT® polymer when it has been weakened by severe carbonate alkalinity, seawater, organic peat soil, brackish salt-impacted soil or cation contamination. BASE-X drastically lowers the dosages of BIG-FOOT polymer needed when working in areas containing organic reactive soil and brackish salt-impacted soil.
